Order Cancellation Policy

At Styleshells, we are aware that each of the consumers will have their own tastes and preferences, and we want to offer a fair, transparent, and accommodating policy regarding cancellation. We want to maximize the efforts to ensure that your shopping experience, either in the creation of your custom leather jacket or our coat of the month featuring your vital colors, is as smooth as possible.

Cancellation Window

You have the right to cancel your order within the following periods of time:

  • Within 24 hours of confirmation: 

Orders may be cancelled at no charge within 24 hours. To cancel, please contact us at our email: info@ styleshells.com.

  • Up to 24-48 hours: 

A ten percent cancellation fee shall be charged between 24 and 48 hours to offset the processing costs.

  • After 48 hours: 

A deduction of the total amount of orders of 35 percent will be taken after 48 hours, because the production may already be in progress.

⚠️ Warnings: Once an order is confirmed (48 hours ago), the order cannot be canceled any longer. Also, there is a 5 percent non-refundable processing fee on every order. Payment gateways like banks charge this fee during the transaction.

Exceptions

Certain circumstances limit or exclude cancellation options.

  • Orders Shipped or In-Transit.

After dispatching an order or clearing it through customs, it is not possible to cancel it. Nevertheless, consider returning the product to our Return Policy within 30 days and get a refund.

  • Priority Orders

When a priority order has been placed and your sizing is verified with our Customer Support Team, you cannot cancel an order. These orders are non-cancelable and must be treated specially with due timelines.

  • Shipped Orders

Orders are not cancelable once they have been shipped. Nevertheless, you are welcome to enjoy our 30-day money-back guarantee. You can just send the product back to our warehouse, and we will issue you a refund after it is received back at our place.
